Talus Group is committed to maintaining its management system compliant to ISO 9001, which provides employees and other stakeholders with leadership, guidance and instruction to ensure our service provisions are consistent across all Talus Group operations. Talus Group is committed to comply with the requirements of its management system and continually monitor, analyse, review and improve the effectiveness of processes through:

  • Audits and assessments of the Management System for compliance and effectiveness
  • The monitoring of progress and performance of processes against established objectives, client specifications and indicators from reliable data sources, such as Australian Standards, Regulations and Codes of Practice.
